From the republic ship. (Which is where you should start) Use the Navigation system to go Go to Saleucami use one of the ship summons to get a republic cruiser
Go out to into space, and shoot the Gold Brick in space between the two warships. you'll need to shoot the asteroids with the torpedoes. Once you get that brick you'll be at 99.8%

Then in lowest ground vehicle hangar on the Republic ship and put the 150 gold bricks together for your final ship, it will fly away but will be automatically unlocked and won't need to be purchased, giving you the 100%
