1-Decrypt your save
2-Open USR-DATA with Hex editor
3-Manually change every "Rank":0 with "Rank":3 except mentioned below (This means three stars you dont have to change anything else)
4- "stunt_mode_urban1 this means first stunt mode race for Urban map so it is first race and easiest one leave them 0 or 2. * 2 is recommended more stars more unlocked races.
5- Do not copy paste or replace**"Rank":0 with "Rank":3 do it manually or you will get Black screen


Other things you can mod ;

*Try not to change it too much again you will get black screen play a little bit then mod it that way.For example if you have 1000 Fame points (in game credit) change it to 9000 do not add extra digit.Good luck.Happy hunting
