Found 21 of 22 Cards just play Mission 6 over and over till last Card drops
also u need only 1 more Medal to reach 100 Medals Earned.
For other Trophys just play the Game i have full Upgrades so it shouldnt be a Problem to Run through the Game

I just tried your savegame and it worked perfectly. It unlocked the trophy for the 100 medals as you said.
