-Level 1 S.P.E.C.I.A.L's set all at 9 Skills all set to 100 no missions done
-All Items/Weapons/Outfits/Meds/Etc....
-All Weapons/Mods/100,000+ ammo
-All Armor/Clothing
-All Meds, Food, and Drinks
-All Skill Books/Schematics, Misc, and Snow Globes
-All Perks/Traits, Challenge, Companion and Missing perks from Fallout 3
-All locations unlocked

-1 Million+ Caps
-100,000+Health Points/Action Points/Weight
-Debug Pistol (A one shot 1 kill Pistol)

To save it you need to resign the save to make it yours. Here's how to do it.
In PARAM.SFO replace console id [0x574], user id [0x140 and 0x588] user PSN id [if exist, in this save it's zeroed] and user number [kind a strange, it's 00h but should be 01-10h
I’m not sure if it works tho. Some guy said that’s how you do it.
For the People on 3.55.1 Rebug CFW you can save it by enabling Fake Save Data Owner its on the Debug Menu 2

No it works for both regular and CFW.

Silly question but what program do I use to edit the param.sfo... and will this work on a OFW PS3?

PARAM SFO editor. You can also use Hex editor to, and yes it will work for OFW.

Ok I just updated my save here's what this one has:
-Added a lot more Ammo (1000000+)
-Added a lot more Aids (100000+)
-Added a lot more weight pounds (100000+)
-Deleted unnecessary stuff
-Deleted duplicates of items (Only left 2 of each 1 for you and one for your companion)
