Lots of Legendary weapons
Lots of random dev/legendary weapons in storage
Lots of Craft parts over 100+ for each part.

You need to update your games.conf file if you use KG's Save Resigner. Then you're able to use this saves but the only advantages you have is that you're on lvl 70 with all skills unlocked and you have a Dev Gun with so many bullets that you will never run out of ammo + you have 100.000.000 dollars. Some characters even have lots of rare weapons but only Sam B and Logan.

No but if you use his saves you got max cash and max ammo, also the mk60 which makes the game too easy
but you dont get god mode, super jump, super speed and infinite stamina wih saves, only cfw

can i get all trophies on a OFW ps3 with the saves? or does it make it easy?
