(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); hi guys im kinda new to this, ive resigned a couple of games saves recently using the prince of codes save resigner 2.0 - not for major cheating, just to finish a few ps3 games that I never finished like damnation and guacamelee and have lost my saves. I want to carry on with borderlands to get to the end of the game where I was before, Ive found a save set to help but when I go to resign it it says:
"This game / game version is not available. You need to update the game.conf before going further" Ive followed the guide and downloaded the new game.conf and replaced it in the prince of codes folder and tried a few other .conf files ive seen on other posts but still no joy. can anyone point me in the right direction? id really like to get back to this game and finish it

Seems like you don't have the disc hash keys in your games.conf file

Open games.conf with notepad, copy and paste these disc hash keys in it....
(these disc hash keys were already in mine)

Thanks for helping Reidso!

Ive opened with notepad and just copy/paste at the bottom. At first still wasn't working still had the same message....

When I load it up with the save resigner it comes up with the code BLES00697 which I noticed wasn't in the code of the bits ive just copied and pasted. Am I right in thinking it I change it like this it might work?

I tried this and the error message about .conf isn't coming up but don't wanna go ahead and load to my ps3 if it will cause me problems....

Yes, if the region is missing, then add it with the other(s)

I would keep it along with the B named games

If you open games.conf with notepad....
it's just the matter of adding the region code itself to the proper game

I've done the method while back on a few games, and I've added fresh disc hash keys too

[If Needed: Copy & Paste games.conf to desktop. open notepad, insert region code and Save file
Then move games.conf back to the Bruteforce folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Bruteforce Save Data)
Overwrite the existing one when prompt]

I had also replied back a while ago to a member with a similiar problem innthis thread (about half way down page 5)...
https://www.nextgenupdate.com/forums/ps3-trophies-game-saves/812897-assassins-creed-liberation-hd-saves-5.html

Add Region Code Example....
