Im using the burn zombies burn folder and i edit the time stamps in TIS than open bruteforce and do everything and rebuild ect.. Then when i go to sync, i get that error. How do i fix?

I have only tried this trophy folder and yes i am.

Try other folders. It could always be that this one's corrupt. Note: sometimes you'll get error if there are 'thumbs.db' in the folder.
