(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Okay I have a PS3 CECH2501A And its malfunctioning with the harddrive if I go to safe mode to re update it freezes when I press x on update so I try others I tried restore file system and all that happens is the file system fix only loops over and over I've gotten alot of system software cannot be run correctly press ps button too restart system or update I try updating my DEX console to Rebug D rex 4.84.2 and it gets to 89% starts slowing down and doesnt complete I've tried rebuild database a d get system storage is not accessible now I am trying to restore ps3 system and got an error when trying to restore system it says

(it is taking longer than normal to format the hard disk if formatting does not complete, try restarting this system by pressing and holding the power button. If the ps3 system restore operation does not complete the hard disk might be damaged)

Note that cfw Firmware I am currently on I dont think it was that this is my second ps3 hard drive within 4 weeks that's got corrupted and stopped loading so I'm just going to purchase a 500gb storage 6gb ram solid state drive 2.5 inch sata

Did you try to load the Ps3 in safe mode or is it already in safe mode?

It already was in safe mode cuz of system software error and I fixed that problem I have a new problem a d I think I can't do much about it unless I spend money
