I found this link that gave me the revised strategy guide (someone wrote it themselves.) with pictures (although captions in pictures were in russian?). I printed it out after downloading it as a pdf file and 240 some odd pages later and 1 1/2 color ink cartridges. This guide I found that it was useful to find all the bobble heads, other objectives besides the main objective. It includes a map guide with all the locations.

There is also other strategy guides for every other game on the market at this site. I will be downloading and printing other guides that I find very useful. Hope this helps someone else out.^
