My name is maarten. I dont know if im allowed to post threads like this ony this topic but imma roll the dice.

so i got this prob.
I got nat type 2
My m8 also got nat type 2

But we still cant join eachothers party and stuff @ mw2
We used to be able to join eachother but now not anymore..
we checked we still got the same network settings / nat type


Anyone know how to fix?

Well. what is your Nat type. strict moderate or open ?

Well @ The psn network test its 2 but @ Mw2 it says open..
My m8 also got open

mine is moderate and i have nat type 2 and if my friends have open you can connect just fine.... the problem with moderate is you cant connect to anybody that also has moderate.... with strict you cant connect to any one and with open it will always work

How come i cant join him?

i honestly don't know...... do you know for sure he has open? and can you connect to everyone else but him?

WEll im sure he has open but i can connect to everyone except the ppl who live in my town :S (at least almost every1)

It's possibly to do with your router settings.

Yea i was gonna say the same. Check your wired or wireless connection. just type in your ip in the address
