what happened is he modded regular gta 4 and then downloaded TBGOT and wa la mods work ive tested works good no texture mods tho that u have to change in the dlc folder of the content

To play the online you need to update. I doubt they're bypassing. If someone could get me a tutorial or get me started then I would try to make my own mod menu for multiplayer using the phone.

ive got a theory what if you used the gta complete edition or episodes from liberty city they dont come with updates i think so they should be modable
