Just asks a few questions about previous Ratchet and Clank games
4. When you press submit it will give you your PSN redemption code.
5. Enter it on your PS3 or via Qrocity account management site.

WTF?! why do I have a groan?
Only the US site has the code when you signup that I know of. EU (Australia) did not even have the title listed
I have tried the others, but oviosuly once redeemed the Theme, avatars work on any region.
