Hardest plat for me was Star Ocean. I tried all I could but I struggled on some of those battle trophies and never could finish the game.

all the souls games are really easy to platinum. For me it is COD BO III, the campaign is that bad

I remember The Chronicles of Riddick - assualt on black athena (or was it arena?) as being the hardest one I ever got my hands on.
And also remember the luck-based trophies on Pay Day 2 (pain in the 'spot'Winky Winky
