Multiplayer: I have close to 40days played on cod4, haven't enjoyed an online shooter quite the same since haha
Offline/campaign: GTAIV / The Last of Us

Offline: Gotta go with Fallout 3
Online: I know I´ve played 500+ hours off Battlefield 3, but I´ve also played tons of Uncharted 2 multiplayer.
