I'll update the patch notes to this thread once they're officially released.

Note: There's no mention of this on their website as of yet.

Update: All I've noticed atm is that they've changed the icon of the PSN.

Patch Notes

Closed Captions are now supported for the Playback of Blu-Ray Disc titles and DVDs. To display closed captions, select [Settings] > [Video Settings] > [Closed Captions].

The style used for for closed captions, such as the font, size and color, can now be adjusted. Select [Settings] > [Video Settings] > [Closed Captions Settings].

The name and icon of [PSN™] were changed to [PlayStation™ Network].

hmm wierd ps logo ball changed wonder if the changing the ball mod still works. and rebug might have to take longer cause rebug changes theirs.

There is a spoofer for 4.70. Its using the PSNPATCH spoofer with cobra. Just edit the .cfg file with Notepad. Change 466 to 470 and spoof. It works.
