Edit: But if you mean like psn store generator, maybe, but then why would that be released for all to abuse?
Same goes for cid generator. Their are ones that work, but mod makers don't share real stuff that are useful.

If you mean PSN Card generator, then no. Cards have to be bought to activate them.
