Take caution. The only way around this is using a VPN or changing your external IP somehow.

If you have a dynamic IP, reset your router and it'll give you a new IP and you can successfully connect back to PSN.

the 8071108 error is in my mind a Temporary Ban if you signed in with too many Accounts in a period of time..... i get this error with different Accounts but after an Hour i can log in.And after the 5. Account i get the the 016 error ... perm BAN

Your ps3 serial is not found internally only on the bar code which is probably linked as your idps and/ psid
