You MUST remove your coaxial wire from your router/modem about 4 - 5 hours!

When in your router/modem it´s not possible or bloked to change your IP by WEB, u must do it MANUAL.

It is not enough a simply to turn off electricity(that´s for repair a simply fail)

When you remove the coaxial wire, your internet company checking your IP disponibility and change it automatically.

IMPORTANT NOTE: if your IP was blocked by Sony, you have some config (CFW or homebrew´s) issue!
Try to update your CFW, delete all HB and update your control console.

I use this one:Rebug CFW 4.81.2 with Cobra 7.50 and Toolbox 2.02.12
