I was forced to try to learn a little modder and solve this question to be able to collaborate with this site, which has already helped me many times ...
This save was done absolutely nothing !!!
You will have to throw it whole to collect all the trophies.
** This save will not give you any trophies **
You will find the following situation:
LEVEL 544
BLOOD ECHOES 99,999,999
ALL STATS 99
HP 99,999,999 (GOD MODE)
STAMINA 99,999,999
The fights do not consume HP, the drops consume HP but can be replaced normally
It is not necessary to "load" the save, just "continue"
All the rest of the content you will have to acquire (weapons, gems, clothes etc)
It is already tested because I am in the middle of the first tombstone
PS: Beware of enemies that have Frenzy. These enemies can get their HP.

This next save, is to make both ends 2.
With it you make the trophy of the 2 different finals.
Just look for the man in the wheelchair
You make the first final and need to return this save to make the second final.

This next save is already available with Burial Blade and will be used for you to finish collecting all the missing trophies (get help from a guide) and finish the game permanently.
I had to do this save because in the third final, it is necessary to die for the creature in order to dispense a NG +, but with God Mode this was not possible.
Enjoy and hope it works because all the saves have been tested again always erasing the game completely.
Just re-sign and "continue". Do not load anything.

Friend, you just have to re-sign with SW, delete your save and install the save, start the game and press "continue".
If you make any type of change, including name etc automatically stops working. If you use a potion or elixir, god mode stops working.
