Does it work with the definitive experience version? Because I loaded it up and it doesn't show S rank soldiers or max resources.

Edit: nevermind figured it out.

This is an amazing save. I was at the exact same point and due to all the S staff, the base was dozens of levels higher. You forgot to mention all the vehicles it comes with! More than you could possibly use. Amazing save!

How in the world did you get all this so early?
