It should resign just fine, which resigner are you using Xploder (which sucks I have it and I hate it and regret buying it 100%) or Save Wizard?

I'm not sure the reason for that, Try not using the Android 21 and using a new character, if that still doesn't work try removing the perfect qq bang, Dimps may have put a check before you could play ranked since ya know, that's a modded qq bang and can't be obtained normally and you shouldn't be using it online in the first place.
