Well I'm still not sure how to convert them into a usable quick code.
Here's an example:
I found the number for Killia's mana and I replaced it with 99999999999999999999 and converted it to hex

his mana was 1890 and that's what i searched for and this was the only listing that came up I did the same thing for Seraphina and Red Magnus and it worked for both their exp and mana.
If someone could tell me what i need to do to convert these into a quick code format I'd appreciate it, because I've been reading tutorials and they only go as far as to tell you how to edit things in advance mode and not how to convert them into codes. You have to enter the hex values backwards for this game and the last letter D has to have a 0 next to it.

Bit of an update:
The addresses for the first character's exp and mana are as follows
0023c6c0 is the address for EXP you will want to enter FF FF 36 7A 3B 6B 0E 0D in the line
0023F4B0 is the address for mana you will want to enter FF FF 36 7A 3B 6B 0E 0D in the line
if entered correctly you will have a 9999 leveled character with maxed out mana. It will also grant you the 9999 achievement trophy.
You can also reincarnate and re-enter the code lines in advanced me again if you wish. It will keep the boosted stats
