Can Someone HELP me with my Tales of Zestiria Save Wizard Code PROBLEM I'm still getting now for over a Week. SAVE WIZARD has not fixed the issue nor have they responded to my Complaint concerning game issues. usually someone from here Helps but my question from above has been on here a week and no help yet.
If someone can Help please comment ! Thanks.

Yeah nobody seems to be getting responses from them right now... tonnes of people on FB saying the same thing. About a week ago I submitted saves for Homefront, then yesterday I opened a support ticket with them because a Homefront save I have won't resign, so I uploaded that for them too - all in all in the last 7 days I have uploaded 3 unique files for them - Due to file size I had to upload them all to Mediafire, and Mediafire tracks downloads... all are sitting at 0... even the saves submitted much earlier in the week... meaning not only have they not received my saves, they haven't received or looked at my complaint either.
Also, in the Save Wizard discord, somebody tagged one of the SW team multiple times throughout the day, and as of today, over 24 hr later, still nothing in terms of a response.
Save Wizard is probably sleepy, we shall wait for him to awake and help us all.

I just received a reply from them on FB. There answer was "when cheats for games don't work and you contact Customer Support Nobody will receive a reply". Now there telling in order for my Complaint to be Seen I have to send in a Restored/Back Up Save not the Original save in order for it to be worked on it with all my Information concerning the save it's self and not just what codes don't work for them to Fix it.
