Pretty sure they're talking about Save Wizard, since 4.70 broke SW.
But I can also confirm it also works. Managed to edit Megadimension VII.

Neither save wizard nor xploder have updates stating that they work at this present moment. The closest that I can find/see is that xploder tweeted that 4.70 would work upon release. But nothing as of now

So you don't believe that SW still doesn't work on 4.70? There's already numerous people saying it works. There's also people on HackInformer saying it works. And I also confirmed that it works, and I've edited my gamesave.

I never said I don't believe it. I just said that more context would be useful. The OP says absolutely nothing as to what works with 4.70 and that helps no one as there are 3(?) save editors out there currently that he could be referring too.
