For the 3-star lab Trophy:

go to address 000F250 (first address with missions) and you will see 00 00 00 00 02 00 00 00 00 07 00 00 00 00.

01 = unlocked mission
05 = two stars achieved
07 = all three stars achieved


change the first to uncompleted and two stars, so 00 00 00 00 01 00 00 00 00 05 00 00 00 00.
From the line below but everything to 00 00 00 00 02 00 00 00 00 07 00 00 00 00 till address 000FA800 (last mission).

I'm struggling with the Battle mission trophy. Here's what I found out after completing Classic battle with 24 characters and a couple of other battles with random characters:
For every Battle I've completed it created different rows with a specific code:
