every skin is there including all DLCs one and vehicles ones.
In addition, over 40000 tokens can be assigned.

Resing works only with Save Wizard and not with Xploder.

Works for all Contry Ver.

The Badass Rank Bonus. Like Weapon Damage, Critical Hit, Reload, and etc.

Yours gives an error everytime trying to resign it. Something wrong with the save.
