a ton of gold
modded paragon stats for no resource cost or cooldown and 30,000% area damage.
2bil paragon points you can dump into primary stats
a level 69 HC character for trophy
all pets
2 extra character slots (preorder save bonus)
I think all but the mystic trophy can be earned (not 100% sure on that so let me know)
2 of ever class (except necro) 1 normal and 1 HC
If you load the "storage" characters you will get maxed mats and they have max flawless royal gems
Prob, some other stuff I am forgetting.

it has the crafting materials like Arreat War Tapestry and the other 4 at max amount?
could you include level 150 gems to augment gear?
:edit: this seems a little much, could you just give it level 20,000 paragon with that amount of paragon points?

Yes it does, just load in the "storage" characters. I didn't make the save it was sent to me and I'm just sharing it here so not gonna include anything else (150 gems are easy to get and then dupe if you know people with modded gear or just join random lobbys)
As for paragon point's you have 2bil you can spend on stats if you're so inclined.
