This may work for other games as well, let me know if u manage to convert games other than KH and Darksiders 2.
Idk if u need the same region too, but with BSD it's a joke.

U need to download Bruteforce Savedata 4.7.3(free) and ofc Save Wizard(50$).
The games MUST be in the SW list in order to open the advanced mode.

1. Get your own save or a save from the ps3 section of KH BBS.
2. Open bruteforce and (decrypt PDF) of the ps3 save u downloaded
3. Once the save file is decrypted (SAVEDATA.SAV file) open your ps4 save in advanced mode
4. Hit a number to get the apply botton work, then click the right-most button (import file) and select the decrypted SAVEDATA.SAV from the ps3 save
5. Hit the apply button of SW.

U did it.

PS. I actually tried to convert Tales of Zestiria but unsuccesfully, the save file is corrupted.

I did exactly what you were doing with a Birth by Sleep save and when i load it says it's corrupted. I'm trying to convert a PS3 platinum save set for Birth by Sleep.

I don't think its THAT easy... you have to change some addresses in the save IF it works...

anyway to convert black ops 3 modded zombies save to ps4?
