How to modding weapon ammo, syringe, matchstick or any item amount with 9999 (almost infinite). In hex value is 27 0F (9999). Maximum possible!!!!!

when i use the second and third picture to make 9999 of my pistol ammo ( i cannot fine similiar numbers like the picture in fourth and fifth picture) it doesn't worked. it only adds 12 ammo most. and it does not change my reserve ammo. am i missing something?
*edit : nevermind. after i can use locker keys, the address code showed up. thanks. this amount code is more useful than in evil within 2 as in the second game, the max ammo is reset after taking any item/s
