Just infinite syringes and the magnum with infinite ammo in Survival mode.
In this way, it is possible to make the whole game legitimate, collecting everything and acquiring all trophies, remaining only the mode Nightmare and Akumu.

For this I was forced to do chapter 1 and part of chapter 2 already with the necessary collections acquired.
You can also get the "It is what it is" trophy if you do not upgrade.
It will be very easy.
The other weapons (all) that will be acquired in the game will have the normal ammunition acquired during the game. The only weapon with infinite ammo will be the magnum !!!! With it you kill any boss with 2 or 3 shots at the most.

wait!!!! (and hope I can) kkkk

EDIT: DONE!!!!

How did you get the infinite magnum ammo? Can you help me?

I will make some comments with what I could find out:

Firstly, I would like to thank my friend XX-Gippi-XX for the guidance on how to make the modds.
It's sad that he did not come back here to comment or even follow the topic he created ...

This game does not allow the creation of a starter-save for the simple fact that the weapons and aid will appear during each chapter, and if you do not have the weapon or the aid you can not modd.

You should not touch HP (life) or Stamina. If you change it will not take effect and you can bugg the game. There is no need to mess with it !!!
You can change the amount of syringes and medical aid to 9999 and this virtually solves the problem with life.

When you have a weapon in your inventory, only then you can make changes. There are 3 parameters: ammunition, clip, stock.
You should not change the first parameter. You need to identify the second and third parameters. Only they will take effect. You can change them to 9999.
Sometimes the same weapon is in 2 programming lines. If you find the parameters in this second line of programming, change as well.

SaveWizard gives you the option of 2 cheats. Keys and Gel. With this you can open all the doors of the morge and can make all the possible upgrades. Do not think about changing the programming line because the game can bugg.

The best weapon in the game is the Magnum. Once you get it, you can make the modification and from there you kill the vast majority of enemies with only 1 shot. Bosses you kill with 2 or 3 shots at the most.

I could not identify how to change the game time. (time played)
If anyone knows how to do this would be a great help for the specific trophy.

Keep in mind that ammunition quantities over 9 will be in hex so you will have to search Advance Mode for "decimal" to find 15, 20, 25 ammunition.
The quantity 9999 will always be 270F.

I hope this thread is not dead. I have been trying to figure this problem out for the past year.

Gagliardi, can you post screenshots of the changes you made in Save Wizard? Your instructions are not clear enough to follow without specific descriptions of the changes you made.

I finally found the secret to keeping 9,999 ammo on any weapon so that it doesn't reset when you reload. A FOREWARNING: the save you wish to mod will need the weapon unlocked AND some ammo reserve/stock ammo. It won't work if you have a full clip and no stock ammo. I will describe how to do it and also upload my modded file at the end for people to resign to their accounts using Save Wizard.

For my example, I am using a new game save on Nightmare difficulty at the start of Chapter 3, just after obtaining the handgun. I have 2 health syringes 3 matches. I have 6 handgun ammo in my clip, 6 in my stock, and my max ammo is 10. As I scroll down to the address 0x00000C75 (the address may differ slightly in your own save) it shows that I have the handgun circled in red (listed as "pistol" in the file). My clip ammo is circled in blue, and is listed after the phrase "ammo/pistol/standard." The first instance of "ammo/(weapon)/standard' is used to indicate clip ammo, and the next instance is for the stock/max ammo. There won't be a need to modify the clip ammo, as we're going to modify the "stock" and "maximum" ammo count in a bit.
You must login or register to view this content.

For my save, I changed my handgun into the magnum revolver by changing all instances of "pistol" into "magnum" by clicking on the text (right side) and literally just typing "magnum." This only works for these two weapons because they have the same number of letters in their names. After this we're done here, and I'm scrolling down in SW to modify my ammo. Later on, I'll have to change one more instance of "pistol" to "magnum."
You must login or register to view this content.

In the following photo you can see how they format your inventory. The occurrence of each item has two values (stock and maximum) separated by four bytes of FF (i.e. separated by FF FF FF FF). In this picture, my syringe values are circled in purple - the first value shows my 2 stock syringes (00 00 00 02) and my maximum is 2 (00 00 00 02). My syringe values are circled in green - I have 3 syringes in stock (00 00 00 03) and my maximum is 5 (00 00 00 05). The interesting thing here is that if you change either of these values, only the modified stock value will show up in game, and the modified maximum value will appear unchanged. In short, your stock value can appear as 9,999 in-game when modified, but your max syringes may only ever appear in-game as 5 when modified. I believe this is because while the game is running, it will only ever display the default "maximum" values written on the disc, but you can indeed set your maximum syringe value to 9,999 which will keep it from resetting. But first, we need to focus on the pistol. The last instance of "pistol" that we need to change to "magnum" is circled in red. The current ammo counts are circled in orange, the first is 6 stock ammo (00 00 00 06) and the second is the ammo maximum of 10 (00 00 00 0A).
You must login or register to view this content.

As stated above, change "pistol" to "magnum" to have the magnum at the beginning of the game. Easy!
You must login or register to view this content.

Now, I will give myself 9,999 magnum ammo which will NOT reset when reloading the weapon. Change the stock ammo (00 00 00 06) to 00 00 27 0F which is now circled in red, and then change the maximum ammo (00 00 00 0A) to 00 00 27 0F which is circled in green. Changing the stock ammo without changing the maximum ammo will cause your stock ammo to reset when you reload your weapon.
You must login or register to view this content.

Interestingly, this can be applied to matches and syringes as well (and maybe other items pending further investigation). Below I have changed my 3 stock matches (00 00 00 03) circled in red to 00 00 27 0F, and my maximum matches count of 5 (00 00 00 05) to 00 00 27 0F. Now I will practically never run out of matches.
You must login or register to view this content.

Do the same thing for syringes and you will never be low on health! Change your stock and maximum syringe counts (image below in red and green, respectively) to 00 00 27 0F and you will have 9,999 syringes. Guaranteed!
You must login or register to view this content.

I have made all the above modifications myself with great success. I plan on trying it out on the other weapons soon. I hope this greatly helps the community! As promised, here is a link to my Chapter 3 save [USA version, CUSA00203] for anyone who wants to get in the mood for Halloween with nearly unlimited Magnum ammo, syringes, and matchsticks! Enjoy!
