i might have a problem, so far everything in save wizard works really good, max stamina and max health, now i wanted to try new game+ and time attack, after creating the new savegame for ng+ i loaded it again in save wizard and applied everything. Then back in the game everything seems to work except if i start time attack, then the health and stamina gets resetted back to normal. Is this supposed to happen in time attack? If is it possible to change the health and stamina in time attack?

That's normal, and there's unfortunately no way to change it. Time attack and hard time attack both mean completing that Colossi at minimum stamina and minimum health and no extra inventory items. Just your starting sword and bow. There's no way to save in time attack so there's no way SW could modify those values. If you're looking for just the items or the trophies, depending on your region there are saves available to help you with those, if you resign them.
