I've used it to unlock trophies in Uncharted 4, becuase i had the option to use "Advanced Mode".
But now i'm trying to use this saveset but i can't re-region the save from EU to US.*

The re-region problem with SaveWizard is that they need to have a cheat for the game you want. Only then will it be possible to do this.

Yup and i doubt they will add cheats/advanced mode for this game since there isnt anything to cheat
