You can, but only for saves that are in Xploder's database. You cannot re-region other user's saves yet.

For information I have the Xploder PS4 and have may change region and resign all PS4 saves to our account that its be EURO / US / JAP etc ............ and its easily if you have An error must be rewritten because this error comes from the xploder servers that will be corrected.
