Use the EU version to resign? Horizon Zero Dawn has advanced options, steps are rather simple...
1.Go to the resign tab on Save Wizard.. click Import and select the EU file (must be in a zip file format) and resign this to your profile
2.Go to the Cheats tab, select the EU save and open advanced options, on the top right there'll be icons, select "export to file" and save the file on your pc
(Close/Delete the save as you now have what you'll need)
3.Open your Horizon save using advanced options, on the top right select import and find the file you extracted from the EU save
4.Here type the highlighted hex #/letter the same, a pop-up will appear, select continue and save changes

Oh thanks, man. I didn't know you can do that in Save Wizard!
