There is one save on NGU that has a 100% US file. You must login or register to view this content. (Claims to be)
I open old xploder and it did re region the file. Once you load the save onto the ps4 and load up the game its create a new file, however the one you just added is still there at the bottom
Either the save is not working or a save from another user wont work
Give it a go anyhow
