I've just joined the forum and I need some help.
First of all, sorry if somebody had already closed this topic before,
but I could find it anywhere else.
And sorry if I'm breaking some rules I'm not aware of.
I have Diablo 3 Ros on PS3 and ps4.
On the old gen platform, I could use Ros decrypted and editor on My computer to edit everything that I wanted.
My problem is now on ps4.
For example: it seems that the horadric cache are hard to find in adventure mode and I wanted to have a good amount of them in case I wanted to use the Kanai cube.
Here's the thing: is there some one that can mod a save on ps4 as I want?

Nope no one can mod the PS4 saves yet because no one knows what the encryption/decryption keys are so no one can do it on the PS4 as of yet.

When will ya be able to I want to mod GTA v ps4 story mode

No one can say it will take some time.

As soon as you see a Save Resigner then there may be hope but until then there is no time limit as to when.
