cuz if he release it before they patched or inform them about the Exploit he will comitant a federal crime and illegally by broken the law .

What are you even going on about? Its definitely not illegal to release an exploit to the world.

Anyways hes not releasing it for the safety of people who use FreeBSD as an OS to make sure that people don't abuse it on other FreeBSD users and make malicious programs. This exploit while great is useless unless we find another entry exploit which there are a few that have been rumored.
