(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Thought this might be useful for the people that don't know about it
If you don't understand the steps theirs a lot of YouTube videos on how to do it

Option 1 - Download Community Mods Onto PS4 Without PC

Requirements:

-Skyrim Special Edition For PS4

-Bethesda Account - for downloading mods on PS4

Installing Mods

-Load Syrim on PS4 and select Mods

-Log in with your bethesda account and you will see all the mods available select the ones you want

-after you selected your mods select back then start game if you get a error while starting you will need to change the mod order

Option 2 - Using PC with Skyrim SE to convert and create your own mods

Requirements:

-Skyrim Special Edition For PC and PS4 - if you own Skyrim for PC on Steam and the all DLC then you get Skyrim SE for free on PC

-Bethesda Account - for uploading mods and downloading on PS4

-Skyrim Creation Kit V2 from Bethesda Launcher not the old creation kit from Steam

(Optional) - Skyrim Nexus Account - for downloading mods

Setup Mod

-assuming you've done the requirements then you go to Skyrim Nexus and manualy download the mod you want to use keeping it simple we
will use a .esm mod

-extract the zip file then copy the .esm file into your skyrim DATA folder on your PC (C:\Program Files
(x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data)

Load Mod Into Creation Kit

-Run Creation Kit from Bethesda Launcher and select the open file icon then select Skyrim.esm AND your mod then select Set As Active File if
you haven't loaded it into the game already then select OK
you will most likely get a bunch of warnings telling you what needs to be fixed in order to function 100% just select YES To All

-If you know how to mod Skyrim then now would be the time im not going into that that much because its the same as modding skyrim with
the original creation kit just some changes in textures
and there is alot of tutorials that go into a lot of detail on how and what to edit

-if you dont know how to edit and just wanna try a simple conversion then just skip the above step

Upload Mod To Bethesda

-After loading and editing your mods Select File then Upload Plugin and Archive To Bethesda.net then PS4

-You might get a message saying an archive might not be necessary. Add files to archive by hand? Select Yes then Pack Files

-Then in the new window Select Create New Mod then Type your Title and Description of the Mod then Choose the categories that your mod
falls under Then Select Create

-After it Uploads to Bethesda.net You Select the Upload Complete Click Here to finalize the mod on bethesda.net

-Now If
-YOU HAVE PERMISSION FROM THE MOD CREATOR TO UPLOAD THE MOD OR CREATED IT YOURSELF Then Select Privacy Level To Public
If You Want Anyone To Use It

-IF YOU DON'T HAVE PERMISSION TO UPLOAD THE MOD Then Select Privacy Level To Private So Only You Can Use It

-Now you change cover art and header art etc if you want most people just copy the pics from the mods site

-Then Select Save Then Publish

-You can check if it worked by going to the My Mods Section and you will see your mod there

Loading Mod On PS4

-Start Skyrim SE Then Select Mods Section

-Go to Your Mods And Install Your Mod

-If you start the game and get an error try changing the load order of your mod make sure everything loads after Skyrim.esm and the heavier
the mods resources the higher on the load order it should be

Recommended Mods

-Ring Of Increased Carry Weight
-Instant Mastery (PS4 Special Edition)
-Easy Lock Picking
-Free Crafting (No Perks/Materials)

*This also Works for converting Xbox 1 Games just select Xbox 1 instead of PS4 when uploading

*PS4 has a max amount of space available for mods on PS4 its 1GB
