So what all would come from debug settings on PS4? And is 1.76 the only fw with filesystem access (meaning ability to use FTP)?

What? and no, not really. I'm sure there are more firmwares out there, but just not publicly released from where I'm at... I can't really say much about things either way, but don't think 1.76 is the only firmware out there that is golden.. just saying.
