Post: Still can't extract .PUP after 3 years?

What I don't understand after 3 years no one has been able to extract those files. Is it necessary to have a magic header to extract them, or am I missing something here? I notice it does not have a magic header like SLB2, but is that really what's stopping this community from trying to find ways to extract the firmware file, or is this scene dead?
