1-i want to buy a PS4 with 1.76 CUH-10XX, but i must buy a US version which is CUH-1001A only or any region can also jailbreaked?
2-after jailbreak , i can play a downloaded games on it without buy the game itself?

Region does not matter, if the console is on 1.76/4.05, it will work. At the moment, .pkgs are becoming available, so some games yes. This works only on 4.05 firmware
