Only option for any type of game modding is either be on 1.76/4.05 firmware. Failing that, Save Wizard, is really the only other USB modding type thing for game saves.

There IS a kind of god mode for GTA 5 character (story mode), but it only lasts as long as you stay on that character. Once you swap to another, it turns off. Keep in mind that's only capable with using save wizard.

You can’t mod online or other people not even with a 4.05/1.76 FW PS4

You can use saves for offline
