(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello, I have a 30Mb internet speed based on speedtest and everytime I have something to download on PS4 for eg. right now a fifa 15 update that is 328.3MO it takes 3mins is that normal? Thanks

The time is just a estimate does it actually take 3mins or what? I don't understand the issue.

They sets download speed limits on their servers to limit the network traffic and conserve bandwidth. Therefore, just because you can download that fast doesn't mean you will actually download that fast.
