Watch some videos .. You could do it your self . Just take your time and be very calm and you should be able to do it. I've fixed a few ps3s , iPods I actually fixed my iPhone 5 yesterday I bent it so had to take it apart and bend it back and I'm not qualified to do any repairs

As an alternative you could use that wire that Elgato supply you with? (if you have an elgato) And what you need to do plug in a hdmi lead and hold the power button down for 10 seconds and if still nothing then you open up your ps4 and go to the hdmi component on the board and push it down with some force (not too much) and this should repair your problem as the heat generated from general use warps the points its soldered to and they expand which raises it and breaks its connection.
