I have tried it with the flashdrive formatted as FAT32 and exFAT. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Re-formatting your console, or Rebuild Database maybe?

I did it let me play for a day then in the middle of a game my system froze, shut off, and now update loop again. I haven't seen this happen to anyone else multiple times like this I get error codes if I use the original H.D. or a new one.
