If you made the account on any of your consoles (PS3 or PS4) you can call Sony, and just send them your serial number ff the console and you'll get it back

Serial won't work all the time if that console isn't activated on that account trust me i been and done that you must have all the rest of the info on the account that Sony will ask for credit card on file mailing address, security question, Date of Birth, original email that was created on the account and should get it back with in a few hours.

Well since you can't get your stuff back due to them deleting it. I suggest you buying a modded account. Either than that, it woulf be your last resort. Thread closed.
