I know about the PS4 tool leak IK that the decryption is server sided*
But will there be a way to manually*edit saves after using some scripts or tool that will be released?
like what has been done with the PS3 and the Xbox 360 and other consoles?

It's possible, it just depends if the developer would want to spend his time on doing that. Only time can tell.
