What do you mean? Actually mod trophies on PS4, or like are you saying mod them on PS3 to transfer to PS4?

Sound shapes is the only modifiable trophy on Ps4 and even then it requires a Ps3 to upload the save to Sound shapes servers

There's a few games that you can do on PS3 that are PS4 also. They have both PS3 and PS4 that can unlock the trophies in the folder. Destiny being 1 of the few. Mainly all the games that where cross platform purchases, giving you access to download on PS3 and PS4 when you buy it.
