It's not possible at the moment, but at the same time it is possible with the official JigKick. Main reason why we can't is because no one has access to the tools, so it wouldn't leak or be on the internet. Sony added more protection to their private keys so you would need official dongles, not the cheap clone ones.

So no, at the moment, you can't downgrade.
