Post: 5 Days after Payment, still no Licence Key

I think you Guys are my Last Chance.
I Tried to contact the Support of "Save Wizard" several Times but they dont Answer my Emails at all. Not a Single one.
I Paid with Paypal and the Money has been withdrawn from my Bank Account.
I send them 3 Different Emails on which they could Contact me but still no Answer?
Have I just wasted 50€?

Did you check your email, tied to the paypal account?

And did you also check the transaction information on paypal? If it's in your messages, then it may be on the paypal hub, or even your email spam box.

Yes i Check the PayPal Mail every 20 Minutes (The Junk Folder too)

Yes. PayPay sent me an Email that the Money has successfully been sent to the SW Team.

But anyways They are not Answering me at all

Did you send their support email a message?

Make to include your invoice number. And your name.

Allready Messaged the Support ([email protected] i think) and they Didnt even Respond.. Thats The Stange and Sad thing about it

You will get your license key, just wait it out a few more days and if they don't email you then contact them on there website support page, hope this helps Smile
